Tess is the name, 20 is the age…and I run this little pub we people like to call a “website” (yeah, fell short on that one). I don't go by Tess offline, but if you know it, I don't mind being called it, as I'm very versatile with my name in the grand scheme of things.
I'll by completely honest with you: I'm a nerd. I've stopped denying it back in 1998 when it wasn't as glaringly apparent as it is now. I like spending time with my computer, TV and camera — in fact, I love it, and there's absolutely no shame in admitting that. Technology is my thing, and it's something I can always count on understanding; it's calculating, and it pushes me. The one thing I can't properly claim is being a gamer; I simply don't have the luck of having the proper platforms to actually game.
I like to think I have the rare distinction of being both a practising front- and back-end developer, except I stink at both. I've had a lot more success behind-the-scenes (I've built all of my sites from the ground up!), but I've been designing graphically longer. I also do photography, and take random jobs at random times; I'm not particularly stunning, but I'm not horrible at it either and I'll accept that for the skill that it is.
Domain
Lyone was created in 2007 as a subdomain, before venturing off in 2008 to become my fourth and final personal domain. It was registered at GoDaddy » and is hosted at DreamHost », both of which I highly recommend.
